Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy describes prohibited uses of the Camena mobile application ("Service"). It is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service. By using the Service, you agree to comply with this policy.

1. Purpose
This policy helps keep Camena safe and reliable. It applies to account activity and all interactions with the app's features. Camena does not include public reviews or other user-published content at launch.
2. Prohibited Activities
2.1 Account Misuse
- Creating accounts using false or misleading information
- Sharing account credentials with others
- Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
- Accessing another user's account without authorization
- Using the Service if you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction
2.2 Purchase Fraud
- Attempting to bypass, circumvent, or reverse-engineer purchase mechanisms
- Using unauthorized methods to unlock paid content
- Submitting fraudulent refund requests through Apple or Google
- Sharing, redistributing, or reselling purchased content
2.3 Identity and System Abuse
- Impersonating another person or entity
- Uploading or transmitting malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
2.4 Service Interference
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or modifying the app
- Using automated systems (bots, scrapers, scripts) to access the Service
- Interfering with or disrupting Service infrastructure, servers, or networks
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Exploiting bugs, vulnerabilities, or errors for personal gain
2.5 Safety Violations
- Interacting with the device while operating a vehicle
- Using the Service in a manner that endangers yourself or others
- Ignoring local traffic laws or safety regulations while using tours
2.6 Legal Violations
- Using the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Violating any applicable local, provincial, state, national, or international law
- Infringing on the intellectual property rights of Camena or third parties
- Violating privacy rights of others
3. Enforcement
3.1 Actions We May Take
Violations may result in:
- Warning: Written notice of the violation
- Feature restriction: Limiting access to certain features
- Account suspension: Temporary suspension of account access
- Account termination: Permanent termination of account and deletion of data
3.2 Factors Considered
When determining enforcement actions, we consider:
- Severity and nature of the violation
- Whether the violation was intentional
- History of prior violations
- Potential harm to other users or the Service
4. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
